Room for rent - September only

Looking for a short term tenant to rent my room whilst I'm away, up to 4 weeks can be flexible on dates! There's one other housemate, very sporty, mix of work from home and office but is easy to get along with. Double room and private bathroom with open living room kitchen space and balcony. Car parking space also available if needed :)
