DETAILS:
- Double room (upstairs) in a 3 bed house in Wimbledon.
- Part furnished; both rooms come with a double bed and mattress
- Large garden, on street parking (permit needed), shared kitchen, bathroom and living room (with sofa, TV, table & chairs etc)
- Bills not included, but no more than an extra £110 a month (council tax Band E, internet, energy)
- I am in the third bedroom (downstairs)
- 12 month contract

LOCATION:
The house is located a short walk (10/15 mins in each direction) from Wimbledon train station (National Rail, District Line, Tramlink), South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line) and Haydons Road station (Thames Link).

ABOUT ME:
I’m a 29 year old professional working in tech, mostly WFH with the occasional trip to the office (once or twice a week).
Outside of work I’m pretty sociable. I play football on Sundays, enjoy a pub quiz, and try to make the most of London when I can.

I’m looking for tidy, respectful and easy-going housemate who enjoy a calm, friendly vibe at home. Working professionals please.
