Large double room in 4 bed house on Wimbledon Broadway.
Our flatmate is sadly moving out of our 4 bed, 3 bathroom house, to return to the US. We’re looking for someone to take over her room from 5th Jan to 5th September, with an option to renew after that.
You’ll be living with 3 girls aged between 28-30, all super friendly and we love to make the house a home! Spacious shared living spaces and large kitchen with plenty of storage. We also have a large outdoor area that we can sunbathe on in summer!
The room comes with two wardrobes. Bed/ desk/ chest of drawers available to be purchased from our housemate who is leaving.
The house is located on Wimbledon Broadway with supermarkets 1-minute away. It’s a 2-minute walk to Wimbledon Station and around 15 minute walk to South Wimbledon station.
Rent: £785
Bills: £130 (estimated).
