Our absolutely stunning master bedroom has just become available in our lovely 3-bed Wimbledon flat as I am moving in with my boyfriend. You will have the entire top floor to yourself and can enjoy what's possibly the largest bedroom in London (or at least that I've ever seen!). The room itself has brilliant lighting due to having multiple sky lights on both sides, and large mirrors, inviting in even more light.

You will have a gorgeous, bright bathroom pretty much to yourself, which has a shower/bath and toilet (there are 2 bathrooms between 3 people, but this one is on the top floor with the large room).

The flat itself has 2 other bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large communal area including a sofa bed, kitchen island, coffee table, and dining table.

It is located a 6 minute walk to Wimbledon station, which has access to the district line and overground. Waterloo is reachable within 12 minutes, so it is well-connected to central London.

There are many gyms, pubs and supermarkets (including Aldi) within a 7 minute walk, and a large Waitrose right opposite.

You will be sharing with two girls who are 25. We currently have a lovely friendly and reelaxed vibe.

The deposit is £866 and will need to be paid to secure the flat. The rent is £1050, exluding bills (£100 ish). This is a 6-month contract, which will then turn to rolling with one month notice, although the landlady is flexible.

The landlady lives beneath with her son and is absolutely lovely- she is always available to sort any issue out but respects our boundaries as well.

Please note the room came without a bed (as house technically unfurnished, but we have all provided this now) but the bed was bought by me for £550 (incl. mattress), so if you'd like this room, then I ask that you pay £250 to cover this. Please only view this property if you are happy with this.
