It is a bright and spacious room with its own private toilet and bathtub, located on the top floor of a beautiful Victorian townhouse (near Wimbledon), and shared with two other housemates. The common areas of the house include a lounge, kitchen and a lovely garden!

The house is located in a safe neighbourhood surrounded by parks. It is a short 8-minute walk from the train station which is right by the High street, with lots of restaurants, grocery stores (including Waitrose, Co-op, Tesco) and atleast three gyms!
Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. Ideal for young professionals/students. References preferred (even one will do).
The rent is 800 pounds, excluding bills.
