We have a bright, spacious double room becoming available in our friendly Wimbledon home from the end of September, can be flexible on dates.
Our third housemate is moving out, and we’re looking for another female to join us.
You’ll be sharing with Lara (31, lawyer) and Laura (30, physiotherapist). We’re easy-going and enjoy socialising, but also respect each other’s space.
The room has a built-in wardrobe, bed & mattress, and desk included. It has a lovely period fireplace & three double-glazed sash windows to let the sun shine in. The bathroom is shared with one person.
The house has a huge kitchen and dining space, ideal for cooking and hosting dinner parties. It overlooks the garden, which is perfect for enjoying the sunshine and having a crisp glass of wine in the evenings (especially with this summer’s heatwaves!). On-street parking is available via Merton Borough parking permit. There is also space for you to bring your own furniture as the house was originally unfurnished.
Location & Transport:
- 7 min walk to Haydon’s Road (Thameslink)
- 14 min walk to Wimbledon Station (National Rail, District Line, Tramlink)
- 15 min walk to South Wimbledon (Northern Line)
- 25 min walk to beautiful Wimbledon Village
- 10 min walk to Wimbledon Quarter (Third Space gym & climbing wall)
The current contract ends in May 2026 but there is the potential to sign a new lease.
