2 rooms available in a quiet Wimbledon house

** Room 1 has now been taken, so looking for someone to take the second room, which comes with its own upstairs office -- great for wfh :) **

Hi, I'm looking for two easygoing, tidy professionals to sign on with me for another year in a spacious Wimbledon house on a quiet, residential street just behind The Broadway.

You'd be 10 mins walk away from Wimbledon station (trains into Waterloo and elsewhere, and the District Line) and also 10 min walk from South Wimbledon station (Northern Line).

Being so close to the high street there's easy access to the post office, supermarkets (Morrisons, Sainsbury's), gyms, cafes, restaurants, and Centre Court Shopping Centre. Walk 20 mins or get a bus and you're in Wimbledon Village and up near Wimbledon Common.

The house has a bathroom, living space, dining room, and kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and a modern combi boiler. We've also got some outdoor space. (The photos I've attached are a few years old but should give you an idea.)

Room 1 is a large double at the front of the house, furnished with a double bed and two big wardrobes. There's room for a desk and a bookcase/shelf too.

Room 2 is smaller, but you also have an extra room on the top floor to use as an office, so an ideal set up if remote. It comes part furnished. My housemate will be taking her bed and bookcase, but there will be a large wardrobe for storage. Upstairs in the office space, the desk and shelves will be staying.

Rent is split three ways at £1,066pcm. Bills are around £120 on top, but vary depending on the season. Council Tax Band E.

You'd be living with me, Georgia aka George. I work in IT (usually in the office) and have been in London for several years now. Not a party animal, but I like hanging out with friends/housemates and also going to the theatre, cooking, gaming, yoga, getting outdoors, and history. I'm pescetarian and big fan of Japanese and Korean food.

Looking for housemates who'd be interested in hanging out as and when but who also have their own interests.
