Hi! I'm looking for somebody to replace me in this beautiful house from 23 August.
The flat is right in the heart of Wimbledon a 5-7 minute bus to Wimbledon Station, and is situated right near Wimbledon Park. You will have access to a shared storage space, and a shared green-space that overlooks the back of the house.
You will be living with two professional men in their late 20s - 30s who are very friendly and welcoming. Both have busy corporate jobs with hybrid working patterns.
We have a large, open plan living room that connects to a spacious kitchen. Your room has an ensuite.
We are a tidy household, so we are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves regularly.
Bills:
Rent: £1100/month (VERY good price for the area!)
bills (includes council tax, electricity, internet and gas) – between £150- £200/month
