Double bedroom in a stunning 2-bed flat in a lovely side of Wimbledon with two floors and back garden and a parking space out the back.

11 minute walk to Wimbledon main and underground station. Two bus stops (for 200) right outside the flat. 18 minute walk to South Wimbledon station.

Current flatmate is upstairs with his own bathroom. Downstairs is the available double room, with own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, a communal bright open plan kitchen area with a dining table and a sofa, and a separate living room that can be used as an office or a guest room by yourself.

Bedroom is furnished with built-in wardrobe and a freestanding one in the middle that I built myself. You can have my ottoman bed with a fancy Nectar mattress.

Living room is furnished with my items and sofa and wooden book case from landlord.

Please ask about which furniture items to leave for you to use.

It's a very spacious flat with a modern kitchen and I am saddened to have to leave it but I must move abroad for my work.
