Our roommate has moved away and looking to replace them.

This lovely flat is right in the heart of Wimbledon Village, a 5-7 minute bus ride to Wimbledon Station, a 10 minute walk to Wimbledon Commons Park, and is situated right near Wimbledon Park. Very safe area located close to schools. High Street is 10 min walk away.

Your room has an ensuite ( same for other two rooms). A in-wall cupboard is available for your room only.
Additionally , You will have access to a shared storage space, and a shared green-space ( ideal for summer bbq ) that overlooks the back of the house.

You will be living with two professional men in their late 20s - 30s who are very friendly and welcoming. Both have busy corporate jobs with hybrid working patterns.

Garage space available for bicycle or small motorcycle only.

We have a large, open plan living room that connects to a spacious kitchen with ample cupboards.

We are a tidy household, so we are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves regularly.

Rent: £1100/month (VERY good price for the area!)

bills (includes council tax, electricity, internet and gas) – between £150- £200/month
