We are looking for a room mate to move in to our beautiful flat in Wimbledon. We our friends from university and looking for a sociable house mate. We enjoy cooking and trying new places🥰
The flat is bright and has a big spacious living and kitchen area. It is modern and clean and on the 1st Floor. It is on a quiet road, with friendly neighbours and there is the opportunity to get a parking permit on the street.
The room is small, however it can fit a double bed in it. The current flat mate has a desk, draws and wardrobe.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon station, which is an easy commute to Waterloo and Clapham Junction. It is also on the District line. You can also go to South Wimbledon which is 15 minute walk to access the Northern line.
Wimbledon is a safe, nice area with lots of restaurants, shops and parks such as Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common. The flat is also a 15 minute walk to Wimbledon Village.
Bills do differ each month, we roughly pay £150 which is for council tax, water, electricity, wifi and gas.
