A large double bedroom with en-suite up for grabs (with ample room to work from home if required) in a lovely part of Wimbledon; 10 minutes walk from Wimbledon station and main shopping area (District Line, Thameslink, Overground) 15 mins to South Wimbledon station (Northern Line).

We have lived in the house for 4 years now and have a great relationship with the landlord who is very helpful, it has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with the back garden perfect for summer BBQs.

Who you’ll be living with?
Two lads and one female who are in their mid/late twenties with professional careers in Renewable Energy, Fitness Industry and hospitality. We are all friendly people who enjoy sports and going to the local pub for a couple at the weekend. Ideally we would like someone of a similar nature, but mainly someone who is easy going and for us to get on with.

Bills estimated to be around £170. Room is available from November 17th. Tenancy ends 17th May with view of renewing.
