En Suite Room Available – 22 December – 3 Minutes from Wimbledon Station

A bright, spacious en suite room (with your own private toilet) will be available from 22nd December. It’s located on the top floor with its own staircase, offering great privacy. The room includes a small Juliet balcony and generous storage space behind the bed.

The location is excellent: 3 minutes to Wimbledon train station, 1 minute to the bus stop, and close to plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops.

The room is partly furnished. As I’m moving to Canada, I’m happy to sell most of my furniture at a fair price for anyone who wants a smooth move-in. Items include a sofa, desk, chair, lamp, mirrors, coffee table, small fridge, bathroom units and more.
(The bed, wardrobe, main chest of drawers and bookshelf belong to the landlord.)

About the Household

You’ll be living with a friendly single mum and her two children (aged 10 and 12). She is also a dog sitter, so there are days—especially on weekends—when there may be several dogs in the kitchen area. The dogs are kept behind gates, so no direct contact is required, but someone comfortable around dogs is needed.

The family is warm, helpful and respectful. I would definitely stay longer if I weren’t moving abroad.
