It’s a big en suite (with your own toilet) 3min walk from Wimbledon train station and 1min walk from bus station. Right by buzzing road where there is lots of restaurants and cafes. You’ll be in very top of the building, own staircase) Partly furnished, I am willing to sell most of my furniture which would be most convenient (double sofa, lamp, mirrors, desk, office chair, coffee table, white chest of drawers, couple of bathroom units, small fridge and other bits for fair price)
It has little Juliet balcony. And pretty decent size of storage behind the bed.

Your landlord is a single mother of two who are 10 and 12 years old.
Landlord is a dog sitter so there are days, weekends especially where there is a quite a few doggies in the kitchen area so person who is dog friendly is required. (It’s all separate with dog gates, so no direct contact needed) Very friendly and always willing to help family. I’d definitely stay longer if not moving to another country.

I want to find right person to the flat and family. I want to let go of my furnitures so
Outside of BED, WARDROBE, CHEST OR DRAWERS AND BOOKSHELF Furniture is my mine and I’m very happy to sell it for fair price (sofa, desk, chair, stool with storage, fridge, lamp mirrors etc)
