You’ll be in very top of the building, own staircase) Partly furnished, I am willing to sell most of my furniture which would be most convenient (double sofa, table, office chair, chest of drawers, couple of bathroom units, small fridge and other bits for fair price)

Your landlord is a single mother of two who are 10 and 12 years old.
Landlord is a dog sitter so there are days, weekends especially where there is a quite a few doggies in the kitchen area so person who is dog friendly is required. Very friendly and always willing to help family. I’d definitely stay longer if not moving to another country.

I want to find right person to the flat and family and also prioritize person who wants to keep most of my furniture
