I am looking for someone to take over the lease of my double room with ensuite in Wimbledon.
Available from the 13th of October (can negotiate earlier if you need).
Rent is £895 a month plus bills which are normally £150 a month.
There is also a security deposit to pay prior to moving in.
Currently the lease ends on the 13th of January with the possibility of extension. It is all done with a realestate agent so reference checks will be needed!
You will be living with two other beautiful girls aged between 25-28, situated a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon station and a 20-25min walk from South Wimbledon.
Only moving out because I have decided to move back to Australia earlier than expected !
