Description
We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and tidy housemate to join our lovely 5-bedroom shared house in Wimbledon. The room is a large double, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
The current household is made up of two boys and two girls (a lawyer, a vet, a civil servant, and a marketing executive), and we’re looking for someone aged between 23 and 30. We enjoy spending time together but are equally respectful with everyone’s own time and space.
We have a large living/dining room with lots of natural light, front and back gardens (the back garden has a shed, BBQ, two decking areas with seating) and a large kitchen.
We’re just a stone’s throw from South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line) with trains to central London from Wimbledon. The road is quiet but in a 5 minute walk there are several supermarkets, parks and local shops.
We’ve got two adorable cats (Pablo and Timmy) so ideally you’d be a cat lover too!
Room available NOW for £950 a month (not including bills). Deposit is £1082.
