Hey! We are currently looking for a new tenant to join us in our lovely flat in Wimbledon. We are letting a double bedroom in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment.
Cosy single room with a double bed, all furniture included.
There is a 6 drawer chest for clothing, and 3 alternate storages along the hallway for use.
The room is on the top floor so there are no noisy neighbours.
This is a single bedroom but with a double bed in it. If you’d like to prioritise space over a double bed, you can replace it easily!
The flat has a large living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
You will be sharing the flat with two flatmates who are young professionals, that are chill, quite sociable but not invasive.
We have plenty of supermarkets nearby: Lidl, Co-op, Waitrose and Sainsburys.
The flat is approx. 10 mins away by walk to the nearest stations: Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park and Haydons Road
Bills are not included but approx. £150 each per month.
