Hey everyone! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 4-bed house between Wimbledon and Raynes Park.

The room and house:
• Very large, fully furnished double room, the only bedroom on the ground floor
• Two bathrooms
• Big kitchen, two communal areas, plus a library and a home office
• Nice garden, perfect for BBQs in summer

Location:
• Great transport links and buses
• Easy to get on the A3 if you are someone who drives to work. (Plenty of parking outside the house on a very quiet road, will need a permit).
• Easy to get to Wimbledon station, Raynes Park station and South Wimbledon station.

About us:
You’ll be living with Izzy (25), Guy (25) and James (27).
We’re friendly, tidy and easy-going. We like hanging out together for cards and board game nights, watching sports or bake off, BBQs and Sunday roasts, but we also do our own thing and respect each others space. Looking for another to be a part of the house and group dynamic.
