Double Room To Rent Wimbledon

hello hello, I'm moving out from my lovely shared flat in Wimbledon and looking for someone to take over my room as a replacement tenant!

-2 bedroom flat
-1 shared bathroom, handheld and rain showerheads
- fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven)
- huge sliding cupboard in the corridor for storage/clothing space
-access to shared courtyard/garden
-rent 950
-bills come up to around 88£ excl council tax (band C)
-deposit is 1326,9£
-10min walk from Wimbledon station (District line and SWR, Northern line from South Wimbledon station)
-furnished (bed is mine but much easier for me to leave it and sell it to new tenant)

rent is lowered as the available room is smaller than the second room (which is why the deposit is more than 5 weeks rent)


Your flatmate:
You'd be sharing with one super sweet and tidy Swedish girl (24) who is currently studying music! Tilde is super easygoing, she’s not often at home, either at uni/working part time in a cafe or at her partner’s place.
