It’s a spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, with a great open-plan living/kitchen area (with projector TV!), and a garden. We’re also just a 5-minute walk from Wimbledon station.
About us:
We’re a friendly group aged 29–36, all professionals who get along really well. We love hanging out together - whether that’s going to the pub, gym, watching a film, or just chilling at home.
That said, we all have busy lives and respect each other’s space, especially during the work week as we are all quite work-focused Mon-Fri.
We’re easygoing, tidy, and sociable, and we’re looking for someone similar — ideally around the same age and stage of life.
Hobby wise: you name it, one of us probably does it 😅 - yoga, running, gym, horse riding, spin classes, going to gigs/shows etc.
Bonus: there’s a super friendly dog in the house!
Rent: It's usually £1,275/month, but it will be £1,175 for the first few months/ likely ongoing for the entire tenancy
