Bright Double Room in Creative Home

Heyyy! We're Amelia (35) and Michael (37), a creative couple, on the hunt for a new third flatmate in our rented home near Wimbledon Common. Our current flatmate is being lured away by a new job, so their large, double room is up for grabs!

The Room:

· A big double with lots of light.
· Comes with a bed, desk, drawers, and side tables.

The Vibe:
21 mins to Waterloo (via Clapham Jnc/ Vauxhall) walking distance or bus to District Line / bus to Northern Line
Stunning old house with a separate living room perfect for film nights and a big kitchen great for cooking and chats.
Large garden, and off-street parking in driveway. There is a spare room currently a guest room / art studio but want to explore best use with new tenant (home office, studio, cosy games room?)
One bathroom but never been an issue with current share

Also includes my snuggly and sweet indoor cat named Neko.

About us: We love gallery visits, cooking, live music, nature walks in the common, cycles in Richmond Park, hiking, cinema, gaming, cosy evenings in and sociable nights out for food, music or pub quizzes!

You're probably a fit if you're:

· A tidy human who cleans up after themselves.
· Friendly & chill – up for a kitchen chat or a film night, but also value quiet time.
· Responsible with rent and happy to talk things out.

Important Bits:

· Neighbours above and below so a chilled lifestyle required (not a party place, any late nights elsewhere with quiet homely place to return to)
· Couples? We'd consider a married/engaged couple for the savings (HMO rules!) but would need to check with the agent and adjust the rent.
· Other pets are a long shot, but Neko has made a single feline friend before.

Our agent (Foxtons) says referencing can take a few weeks, so we're keen to chat and arrange viewings soon

We have an ad each so if you’re seeing double it’s just the other flat member - everything arranged above board via Foxtons Agency / Change of Occupancy on current lease (til June 22nd)
