Double room in Wimbledon flat

We have a lovely double room available in a gorgeous Wimbledon ground-floor flat. The flat has three bedrooms in total, and you’d be living with two friendly housemates: Katie (26), a primary school teacher, and Tara (25), who works in finance. You’ll share a bathroom with just one other person. The room itself has a built-in wardrobe and large windows with shutters, so it gets plenty of natural light. Rent is £935 per month, with bills around £150 (usually cheaper in summer). There’s permit parking available, and we’re only a 5-minute walk from Wimbledon station and the tube. The area has loads of gyms, shops, and amenities nearby. The room is available from 13th January, and we’re hoping to arrange viewings as soon as possible. We’re a sociable household — we love chatting in the kitchen and going to the local pub quiz — so we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy being part of the home.
