We’re Charlotte and Min, two young professionals in our late 20s looking for a friendly and easygoing couple or single person to join us in our lovely 3-bedroom house in Wimbledon Chase.

Our current housemates (a couple) have just bought their own place 🏡 so we’re looking to renew the tenancy with new housemates when it comes up for renewal at the end of February.

🌿 About the Room

The room available is extra large and is currently being used as our living room - so there’s plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, or whatever setup suits you. It’s unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own. You’ll also have your own private bathroom and shower.

🏠 About the House

The house is spacious, bright, and homely, with:
• A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.)
• A cosy shared living room downstairs
• A garden with a shed (perfect for bikes or summer BBQs)
• Two toilets, one bath/shower, and another separate shower
• On-street parking (permit required)

We’ve made it a really comfortable home and are looking for someone who values that same friendly, respectful vibe.

🚆 Location

We’re in a great spot:
• 4 minutes’ walk to Wimbledon Chase station (Thameslink)
• 20 minutes’ walk to both South Wimbledon (Northern Line) and Wimbledon Station (District Line / National Rail)
• A bus stop right outside
• Tesco Express, Co-op, a pub, lovely local coffee shops and a GP surgery just down the road

It’s a great mix of quiet, residential living with easy access to central London.

👩‍💻 About Us

We’re both professionals - Charlotte works in financial services and Min works in marketing. We’re sociable but also enjoy our own downtime after work. We like cooking and baking, going for runs around Wimbledon, and watching a good Netflix series together. Min is also a CrossFit legend - handy if you need help moving in anything heavy!

We’d love to find like-minded people who are tidy, considerate, and happy to make the house feel like a home.

💷 Rent & Tenancy
• Rent: £1,300 per month (excluding bills – which are split evenly)
• Tenancy: 1 year from end of February
• Deposit and references required by the landlord
