The house:
7min walk from Wimbledon station - district line + fast train overground to Vauxhall, Clapham junction, Waterloo - Waterloo in 35mins from house.
13min walk from South Wimbledon station - northern line
4x bedrooms - my one I am vacating is one of the largest
Shared living room - sometimes we have wine & play card games / chat etc! Or host our friends!
Great spec kitchen with gas hob + large outdoor bathroom!
The girls in the house are fantastic women - working professionals in mid twenties. Everyone keeps their areas tidy and everyone is mindful of noise etc. We ask that the housemate replacing me is happy to do the same whilst also enjoying socialising in the kitchen whenever you would like.
The room is honestly gorgeous and is so large for the price.
It comes with built in double wardrobes + desk + bedside table + mattress & bed frame.
The tenancy was signed in 2022 so for the room it should be a really great offer for you at this price I hope!
The new occupier needs to commit to the remainder of tenancy until July 17th 2026 and must be female.
The start date is flexible - from 14th Dec to 14th Jan somewhere within that period would be fantastic.
