Hi everyone,

We have a huge bedroom available in a spacious two-bedroom apartment in Wimbledon. The location is fantastic, with Virgin Active, Nuffield, PureGym, The Gym, Aldi, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s Superstore, All Bar One, Alexandra Rooftop Terrace, and Elys department store all within 500 meters. Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Common are just a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is only 8–10 minutes’ walk from Wimbledon Station, which offers the District Line and National Rail. If you prefer the bus, the stop is right outside the building with routes 57 and 131 going both directions, taking you to Kingston, Clapham, Tooting, South Wimbledon, or into Wimbledon for other destinations. The train from Wimbledon to Waterloo is just four stops and takes 18 minutes.

The flat is clean and modern, perfect for a single person or a couple. It has a separate living room away from the kitchen, with a nice balcony overlooking the communal garden and tennis courts. The living room is very spacious and includes a 50” LED Smart TV with Sky HD, comfortable sofas, and a dining table. The kitchen is in its own separate room and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas boiler, blender, air fryer, and food steamer.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside tables, under-bed drawers, and a chest of drawers. There is also a huge built-in wardrobe that is 1.8 meters wide and runs from floor to ceiling. In addition, there are two large storage cupboards in the hallway.

You will be sharing with us—a friendly couple who keep the flat tidy and clean. We are easy-going, love to travel, and spend most of our time outdoors running, doing activities, and enjoying nights out, parties, and festivals occasionally.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, with no extras or hidden charges. Bills include fiber broadband, gas and electricity, water, council tax, Sky HD package, and TV license.

There is free parking at the apartment complex (permit required) on a first-come basis, or you can get a permit from Merton Council for on-street parking. There is ample resident permit parking on the streets right across the road, just 30 seconds from the building entrance.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms (we live in the smaller one and the larger one is available to rent), one bathroom, one WC, a kitchen, two storage cupboards, and a living room with a balcony.

The room is open to couples and will be available starting 25th January 2026, but moving in earlier can be arranged if agreed with the current flatmate.
