Looking for a friendly female professional to replace me in our gorgeous Wimbledon flat! ✨

📆 Move-in date:
- Mid January (flexible).

🛌 The room/flat:
- Spacious room with queen size bed, fully furnished room with ensuite.
- Our flat is a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom (you’ll have the only ensuite)!
- We have a lovely lounge room (love watching trash reality shows) and a cosy dining room & kitchen.
- We’re tucked in behind a nice quiet street, but still located conveniently (10 - 15min walk) in between both Wimbledon & South Wimbledon station so great access to Northern & District line + bus, tram and overground connections.

🌼 The area:
- We’re close to the high street with M&S, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi and Waitrose all nearby.
- Lots of local coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, shops and gyms.
- We’re close to two cinemas as well & a short walk to Wimbledon Common! 🌳

💘 The housemates:
- You’ll be sharing the space with Stevie (26) and Jen (31) so we’re looking for a girl in this age bracket.
- The girls are sociable, tidy and friendly! This truly feels like a home so we’d like someone who matches the vibe and is also down for a catch-up/netflix sesh/wine night.
- They are of course also respectful of each others space :)

💸 Cost/bills:
- £1,088 a month. Bills are roughly £130-£180 depending in winter etc.
