I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy housemate to join me in a beautiful new home (sadly not a palace, but pretty close).
The house is super charming, with a unique and slightly unusual design, plus loads of natural light — it genuinely feels like a place you’ll enjoy coming home to.
📍 Location-wise, it’s a winner:
– Less than a 10-minute walk to South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood stations (Wimbledon area)
– Haydons Road Station is just 5 minutes away
– Tucked away on a quiet street, so no traffic noise or late-night street concerts
🏡 The house itself has:
– A spacious living room
– A bright, lovely dining area and kitchen
– One toilet on the ground floor
– A large bathroom + toilet on the second floor
– Bills usually around £50–£100, depending on the season (winter likes to show off) and it's cheaper when we split in 4 (YEY!)
👋 A bit about me:
I’m a gay male, easy-going, considerate, and I really value a calm, positive home. I’m hoping to find someone who’s respectful, looks after shared spaces, and enjoys a friendly but relaxed vibe — think “chat over a cup of tea,” not “forced family dinners.”
