Friendly Household

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy people to join me in a beautiful new home and to help build a cosy and friendly household. The house is super charming with a unique, unusual design and tons of natural light — it really feels special.
The house is less than 10 min walk to South Wimbledon Station and Colliers Wood Station (Wimbledon area). There's also 5 mins away Haydons Road Station.
It located in really quiet area away from noisy streets. 

Separate living room,, light and beautiful dining area and kitchen. 
One toilet on ground floor, second large bathroom and toilet on the second. and a room with en suite.
The house has a big garden, lots of light and at the moment there's no furniture on the photos ,but they will be added soon.
Bills not included, but they will be around 80-120 accoutring to previous tenants.
All the rooms are great size and they are doubles.

A bit about me: I’m a gay male, easy-going, considerate, and I value a calm, positive living environment. I’m hoping to find someone who’s similarly respectful, careful with shared spaces, and open to a friendly, comfortable vibe at home.
