Small Double Bedroom in Wimbledon/Morden area.

We’re looking for another tenant to move in to our house share. We’re 3 males who are open to anyone regardless of gender, race or religion. Our landlady is very friendly and open but expects us to make sure the house is kept clean and tidy as it will be going on the market this year.

The room is located on the third floor and is furnished with a double bed, small desk with chair, shelves, 2 mirrors and will be redecorated in January. You’re welcome to bring in your own furniture if needed. The house has a toilet on each floor and the third floor bathroom features a shower and bath, this bathroom will be shared with me
(Morgan).

To introduce ourselves, I’m Morgan a 24 year old Welsh post-graduate whose interests include art, fashion, music and games. I am queer hence why we want a LGBTQ+ friendly housemate.

Other housemates are Harry & Sid, two brothers.
Harry is 26, training as a lawyer and working part time in west London as an administrator. Interests: football and cricket (mostly watching) and other TV

Sid is 23, a fine art graduate currently doing ad hoc roles in London. Interests: video games and movies.

We’re a friendly bunch and often you will find us downstairs having a chat.

Our ideal housemate is someone who is friendly and alongside us will keep the house clean and tidy as the landlady is putting the property up for sale in the summer. This means that the minimum guaranteed tenancy is 8 months, it will depend on when the house is sold. She will also come by routinely each month just to make sure the property is being kept clean.

The kitchen has recently been refurbished with new countertops, sink, dishwasher and cupboards (which provide plenty of space). Fridge and freezer space are shared and the hob is induction meaning some pots or pans may not be compatible with it.

Other amenities include washing machine and dryer (although in the spring and summer we’d prefer if you hang your things either on a line or on an airer), TV, two living rooms and a large back garden.

The location offers a good amount of transport links.

Wimbledon Station: 12 minute bus or a 34 minute walk
Wimbledon Chase: 5 minute bus or a 15 minute walk
South Merton: 2 minute bus or a 13 minute walk
Morden: 6 minute bus or a 24 minute walk
Raynes Park: 22 minute walk or 8 minutes on 2 buses.
