Lovely quiet Wimbledon double room

Hi there,

Andrew (27) and I (Ruth, 26) are looking for a third young professional to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom Wimbledon flat. Unfortunately our current flatmate is moving on to pastures new, starting a new job outside of London.

The room is £825 per month and bills come to around £120. The flat is spacious, light and well equipped with a generous sized living room and kitchen.

Who you'll be living with

Andrew is a Service Manager at Guys and St Thomas's hospital. He likes climbing, running and craft hobbies (you are likely to see a lot of homemade soap in the flat).

I work in the Financial Services team at HMRC. I'm into exercise classes, reading, socialising and the occasional sauna or spa trip. I promise I won't ask you about your tax returns.

Who we are looking for

We are keen to get someone friendly and nice who would like to do the occasional social (e. g., watching a film, going for a drink or a meal out) but who is also independent. It is important to us to find someone who cares about keeping the flat nice, will tidy up after themselves and take part in regular flat cleaning.

About the room

The room sits on the top floor. It's a cozy space, with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws included.

About the area

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon station, 10 minutes from South Wimbledon, and is situated close to lots of shops and amenities. We are a 10 minute walk from Wimbledon village which is quite up market, and hosts Wimbledon Common which is a huge green space, great for outdoor running.

The room is available from begining of March and potentially before then, as out current flatmate hasn't worked out her exact move out date.
