Hey! Two working professionals looking for a third to complete our flat. One being a physio and the other a pastry chef - with the good chance of some freebies being thrown in.
We’re an outgoing bunch but we like our personal time too, gym may be important but so are those lazy days, whatever works for you I’m sure we’ve got it covered.
Two guys in their early 30s looking for a third, male preferably but not strict to this. We tend to keep the house pretty well kept, guest ready within a few minutes though that doesn’t mean it isn’t to be used and comfortable in!
About the neighbourhood, located just around the corner from Wimbledon chase station with extremely good connections for central London by train from either Raynes Park / Wimbledon station or South Wimbledon station for tube.
Extremely safe area, since living here we’re yet to hear of or deal with any crime whatsoever. For both the early morning risers or coming in from a good late night out.
Our landlord is excellent, he trusts we look after the property and very much leaves us to it. Though if an issue is to arise he’s hot on it stress free. A good tenant is ideal and very well looked after. We’re respectable to all and would like to continue the tradition.
Room wise, a spacious room with excellent south facing lighting, tv, a bed with mattress, chest of drawers, some shelving and wardrobes are included. Bedding, desk/ chair and anything else you’d like to make it your own is all you need to bring!
Shared kitchen / living room area between us with full amenities, fridge, freezer, washing machine, drier, dishwasher and many kitchen appliances for all to use, as well as a separate smaller cosier living room for those quiet nights. 2 bathrooms, one per floor meaning the room being advertised essentially comes with your own bathroom also.
We’ve a nice garden and some small parks nearby, as well as much larger in Morden and Wimbledon village within a 10-20 min walk away.
Rent / bills, £800 for the flat and £150 for bills approx, coming to £950 for a very stress free and comfortable way of living!
