Cozy Double Room in Peaceful Putney Heath Flat

I’ve been renting this lovely 2-bed ground-floor flat for almost a year on my own, but I’m now looking to rent out one of the rooms to help with bills.

There is one of the two furnished double rooms available:

- Smaller double: £950 pcm (bills included)
- Larger double: £1,100 pcm (bills included)

The flat is in a quiet, safe area right next to Putney Heath, which is perfect for morning walks or runs. There’s a Co-op literally on the same road for all essentials, and transport links are great:

- 11-minute bus ride to Putney or Wimbledon
- Around 15 minutes’ walk to Southfields

I currently have a contract until 15th April, after which it will roll on monthly until the landlady sells the property. She has given permission to sublet one room. As the flat is on the market, there may be occasional viewings, and once the sale goes through, she will provide two months’ notice. Because of this, the place is ideal for someone looking for a short- to mid-term stay rather than a long-term commitment. Note the smaller room currently has sofabed with matress.

A bit about me: I’m clean, organised, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m often at work, out, or working on my laptop, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. That said, I’m also very happy to socialise - watching TV together, chatting, or sharing a drink now and then. I’m looking for someone like-minded, tidy, and considerate, who treats the flat like a home.
