Furnished smaller double room – £830 per calendar month (inclusive of bills).

The room is currently furnished with a sofa bed and mattress (as shown in the video). I am happy to replace this with a standard double bed if preferred. The flat is quiet and comfortable, with shared access to a bright living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

Location

The property is situated directly beside Putney Heath - amazing for morning runs or ideal for walking and enjoying green space. A Co-op is conveniently located on the same road for everyday essentials.

Transport links are excellent:
• Approximately 11 minutes by bus to Putney or Wimbledon
• Around 15 minutes’ walk to Southfields Station

Tenancy Details

I hold the main tenancy until 15 April, after which it will continue on a rolling monthly basis. The landlady has formally approved the subletting of one room.

The property is currently on the market, so there may be occasional viewings. Once a sale completes, two months’ notice will be provided. For this reason, the room is best suited to someone seeking flexibility rather than a long-term commitment.

That said, the flat has been on the market for nearly a year with limited viewing activity, and a sale does not appear imminent. Realistically, it could remain available for six months or longer, but there is naturally some uncertainty.
