Smaller furnished double room – £870 pcm (bills included)

Larger furnished double room – £1,000 pcm (bills included)

I am open to taking the smaller room myself, so either room is available depending on preference. The smaller room currently has a sofa bed with a mattress; I would be open to replacing this with a standard bed if preferred.

Both rooms are in a well-maintained, quiet flat with shared living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

Location

The flat is in a quiet, safe area directly next to Putney Heath, ideal for walking or running. A Co-op is on the same road for everyday essentials. Transport links are strong:

Approx. 11-minute bus ride to Putney or Wimbledon

Around 15 minutes’ walk to Southfields station

Tenancy details

I hold the main contract until 15 April, after which it will continue on a rolling monthly basis. The landlady has given permission to sublet one room. As the property is currently on the market, there may be occasional viewings. Once a sale completes, two months’ notice will be given. For this reason, the room is best suited to someone seeking a short- to mid-term stay rather than a long-term commitment.
