Garden flat, 1 bed + office - please read descrip

Hello, we are moving to Edinburgh and renting our garden flat in Wimbledon. Note: there will be no one staying here apart from you however it won't be fully empty of some of our personal belongings hence cheaper rate.

The flat has 2 bedrooms - main bedroom and an office. Main bedroom has 2 large wardrobes (they are wider than they look on the picture) and 2 big chest of drawers. There are also some other drawers throughout the flat. There are 2 garden sheds that can fit 3 bikes. So plenty of storage space! Kitchen will also be pretty much empty.

The flat has a very nice garden that is sunny all day in the summer with outdoor furniture.

The flat is located on a nice safe residential road about 6 min walk to South Wimbledon station and 15 min walk to Wimbledon station. There is a lovely coffee shop, wine bar and a small green common right by the house. There are also a few nice restaurants round the corner.
