I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a bright and spacious double room in a well-located Wimbledon flat.

📍 Location:
The block of flats is just a 2-minute walk from Wimbledon train station, making it ideal for commuting.

• Secure bike shed
• Well-maintained block of flats
• Friendly, relaxed household

🛏 The room:
The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, and wardrobe, and has plenty of space to make it your own.

📅 Tenancy start:
You would need to take over the tenancy from 15th February.

👫 Housemates:
You’ll be living with a friendly couple in one room and another girl in a separate room. Everyone is easygoing, open-minded, and respectful. We communicate well, make decisions as a group, and keep the flat drama-free. We occasionally have friends over but always check in with each other first. Interests include food, travelling, art, and we’re trying to be a bit more sporty and outdoorsy.
