Cute room in an all girl household in Wimbledon - Looking for housemate ASAP!
Hey everyone! Our housemate’s visa wasn’t renewed and we urgently need someone to move in to cover the rest of the tenancy until the end of June (with option to extend at the end).

IMPORTANT STUFF:

Rent and Bills comes to: £1106.25 in total (cheaper in March as no Council Tax yay!). MUST pass referencing checks and have a guarantor.

Our housemate is happy to sell any of the furniture in her room to anyone if they would like it (including the TV!) for a really reasonable price (can ask her on request).

This is a house in Wimbledon with two bathrooms, a conservatory, garden. 10 min walk to Wimbledon station (District Line, SWR, Thameslink and Trams) and 10mins walk to South Wimbledon (Northern Line) so perfect for getting into the city. Our living room currently has no furniture (as the housemate is taking her furniture with her) but we’re looking to make it nice and cosy with whoever comes in next!

We are an all girl household who met when we all worked in retail:

I’m Emily (28), an actor, embroidery artist and office temp originally from Suffolk. I love all things gothic, tea, books, gaming and cats! I’m very much an indoor girly and like a crafternoon. You’ll also see my boyfriend around who is called Matt, a marketing manager from Basingstoke. All the gals love him:)

Lola (22) is a makeup artist and model from London! She currently works in retail as well and loves all things spooky, horror films, make up and tea 🖤

Tania (25) is a video editor, artist and gallery curator originally from Spain. She currently works as an editor for a studio as well as working on her own art projects.

We aren’t a party household so would love someone who values peace and quiet 🖤 Lola and I are in the upstairs rooms whilst Tani is downstairs next to the room that is currently vacant 🙂
