Partly furnished with queen size bed, kitchen table with two chairs, chest of drawers, night stand. Some of the furniture in the picture belongs to the current tenant and will be removed.

Shared front door and utility room, access to back garden. There's four other rooms, two on each floor, with their own kitchen/bathroom. This is a quiet house with professionals, one person working nights and another one working from home every now and then, so we're looking for someone respectful and equally quiet.
