Unfurnished En-suite double bedroom in Wimbledon

Hi girls! We’re Abby, Jade and Zoe. We have a bright, spacious unfurnished en-suite double bedroom available as our lovely housemate is sadly moving out. It’s a warm, relaxed home currently shared by four girls in their mid-20’s to early 30’s. Jade (26) is in marketing and is trying to set up her own business on the side, she loves Pilates and long walks with a coffee. Zoe (30) is in educational tourism and is an artist in her free time, attending markets to sell her prints (you can probably see some on the walls in our pictures!) and enjoys exercising and going to classes at the gym. Abby (30) is a lawyer, Abby loves reading and has the best sense of humour around!

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, considerate and is happy to join a sociable and chilled household.

The room and the house: Large double en-suite bedroom, with built in 6 door wardrobes, so plenty of space if you have lots of clothes! Our current flatmate works from home a few days a week and has ample space for her desk. The house is a modern 4-bed Victorian style property down a quiet street in Wimbledon, 10 minute walking distance from Wimbledon station and just over 5 minutes from South Wimbledon station, which has access to the northern line. We have a little patio garden and you can obtain a parking permit from the council for a fee. Our current flatmate is taking her furniture but she is willing to leave the desk, drawers underneath and bedside tables for a small fee if you would like them.

About us: We’re a friendly, chilled group of girls who all met on spare room and have become good friends. We really like chatting together in the evening and equally, going out together and have also been on holiday together a few times too! We want someone who we can be friends as well as flatmates with and can continue to make the house feel like a proper home. We all wfh at least part of the week, with Abby and Zoe working from their rooms and Jade working downstairs on the days she’s not in the office as she has the smallest room.

Rent & Bills:
~ Rent: £1150 p/cm
~ Deposit: £786
~ Bills: Roughly £200 p/cm, (council band E) we all have responsibility for at least one bill to make it fair and we have a cleaner who comes in twice a month to keep the communal areas tidy! We also have a Splitwise to split costs for cleaning products, loo roll etc and anything else we might need!

Move-in date: 12th April - we’re flexible on this being a few days later if needed. Mel (departing flatmate) is moving into her own flat so has some flex
