A large double room is becoming available in one of the friendliest house shares in Wimbledon as I’m leaving London to travel and emigrate. It’s a spacious 4-bedroom house with loads of room to live comfortably — not one of those cramped London setups.

The house
- 4 bedrooms (in total)
- 4 bathrooms (3 showers) – no morning queues
- Large fully equipped kitchen
- Comfortable living room for relaxing or watching sport

Bills
- Are shared between the housemates and not included in the rent.
- Average £174 per person per month (when split between 4).
- This covers Gas & Elect, Broadband, council tax & water plus a cleaner!

The housemates
You’ll be living with three genuinely great guys:

Richard (31) – works in audit, enjoys the gym and motorsports

Olly (23) – works in sports betting and might even give you a few tips

Harry (29) – data scientist and loyal AFC Wimbledon fan (you can join him for a match or two)

It’s honestly the friendliest house I’ve lived in while in London. We usually have a monthly house meal and beers night, but everyone also has their own lives and space.

Who we’re looking for
Someone who:
- Is tidy and respectful of the house
- Isn’t super noisy
- Has a good sense of humour
- Will get on well with the guys and keep the good vibe going
