Description
We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home in South Wimbledon this June, as our current housemate is moving in with his partner.
The room overlooks the back garden and the park behind, so it’s really quiet and peaceful. It’s best suited to someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, though there’s space for a desk if needed. Rent is £788/month excluding bills (around £110–£120).
The house has a separate living room and kitchen/dining area, one shared bathroom upstairs, and a good-sized garden which is perfect for spring and summer. On-street parking is available with a permit. It’s a 10-minute walk to South Wimbledon Station and 15 minutes to Wimbledon Station.
You’ll be living with Hanna, Marissa, and Carl. Hanna and Marissa work for the NHS, and Carl is a graphic designer. We’re usually in the office 2–4 days a week, with Marissa working shifts.
We all have our own routines during the week, but we enjoy catching up over dinner or a bit of TV when we can, and sometimes hanging out on weekends if people are around.
We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing and values a relaxed, homely atmosphere, someone who wants a place to properly live in, not just somewhere to sleep.
