Double Bedroom in Wimbledon

I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a shared flat in Wimbledon. It’s in a 3-bed masonite flat on a quite leafy street. The room’s furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. It’s a bright and airy space thanks to the bay window.

The flat is shared with a couple upstairs, who have their own en-suite, and a flatmate on the same floor, who you’d share a bathroom and toilet (seperate) with. There is also a large kitchen/dining room, lounge, and a balcony that everyone uses. If needed there is also access to a secondary balcony we use for bike storage.

The house is very relaxed and friendly, we will catch up while cooking, and sometimes have board game nights, but everyone equally does their own thing and has their own social lives too.

Bills are not included in the price, however they normally total around £120 per month for water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and council tax.

The location is great: 15 min walk to Wimbledon station (Tram, SWR, and District Line), 5 minutes to a small parade of shops and cafés, 15 minutes to Wimbledon High Street, and about 25 minutes’ walk to Wimbledon Common.
