My room is available in a lovely three-bedroom, top-floor flat in SW19 Wimbledon. The flat boasts a fantastic open-plan living room and kitchen, perfect for socialising, balcony, and a shared bathroom (shared with only one other person!). We also have a super responsive landlord who has been really good at fixing any issues that pop up! I’ve lived in this flat for a year and have loved it, and I’m only moving out to move in with my boyfriend!

There is also a second room available in the flat, if you are looking to move in with a friend!

Location:
Just a 10-15 minute walk to Wimbledon Station (District Line and mainline to Waterloo) and a 10-minute bus ride to South Wimbledon (Northern Line). There is also super easy access to some great pubs and green spaces in the Wimbledon Common and Village which is just a short walk away.

Your Future Flatmate:
You'll be living with Sarah (29, works in fashion). She is wonderful and sociable. She has lived in the flat for over three years and has decorated it beautifully. Sarah is tidy, enjoys a good chat, a trip to the pub, or a relaxing TV session on the weekends.

What We're Looking For: Sarah is seeking a tidy, social, and considerate flatmate who is 25+ and in full-time employment. Someone who enjoys shared flat activities but also appreciates their own downtime would be a perfect fit! We are all out and about during the week so for balance someone who works on-site/hybrid would be a great fit rather than full time WFH!
