Large Double Room in Wimbledon

Hello,

I have a room available in this lovely home in Wimbledon from 7th June.

You’ll be sharing with 3 other housemates: Geoff and Danja, who are a couple, and Phil. They are all in their late 40s/early 50s, super lovely and welcoming, and will make you feel right at home.

Geoff runs a dog sitting business from the house, so you’ll also be sharing with some furry friends. You must be comfortable with dogs, although they are all very well behaved. The number of dogs varies quite a bit, and half the time you don’t even notice they are there. It is honestly a joy having them around and it makes the house feel even more homely.

The house is just a 5 minute walk from South Wimbledon station (Northern Line), with little Tesco, Sainsbury’s, cafés, and restaurants nearby. About a 10 minute walk away is Wimbledon Station (District Line and South Western Railway) and Wimbledon Broadway where all the action is. There is also Merton Park tram stop, only a 1 minute walk at the end of the street which is really handy.

The room itself is large, gets all day sunlight with lovely views overlooking the back garden. It comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, freestanding wardrobe and built in wardrobe. There is also plenty of storage space in the loft.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and you will also have your own small fridge.

Rent is £900 a month and covers all bills (rent, water, council tax, broadband) apart from gas/electric which is about £30 a month.
