Spare double room in lovely 2 bed flat with large terrace, Wimbledon Chase

Looking for a friendly housemate to take the spare room in my 2 bed flat. The place is fully furnished, comes with a large terrace (genuinely a rare find around here, and perfect for summer evenings or morning coffee) and some bills are included to keep things simple.

Location wise, it could not be more convenient. Wimbledon Chase station is a 30 second walk and there’s a Tesco and a Co op just 20 seconds from the door, so the daily essentials are sorted. If you want options, you’ve also got a 15 minute walk to Raynes Park, 20 minutes to Wimbledon station and 25 minutes to South Wimbledon, so getting around London is easy whichever line you fancy.

Happy to consider someone living here all week or just Monday to Friday, so it works whether you’re settling in full time or commuting in for work.

One important member of the household: I have a miniature dachshund who lives here. She’s about as low maintenance as they come, so as long as you don’t mind a small, very chilled sausage dog padding about, you’ll get along just fine.
