Big and spacious room with ensuite avaliable in a Wimbledon penthouse flat with amazing view. Move in date on or as close to the 4th August as possible.

Deposit of £1250 paid directly to myself (details of the bond can be shared) and rent of £1050 is payable on the 19th of the month. Bills come to around £150-£200p/m and water bill paid quarterly.

Third floor maisonette flat with a lift, big wrap around terrace and open plan kitchen/living space. We have both a washer and separate dryer and dishwasher. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom, plus an additional cloakroom bathroom next to the living space.

The room comes fully furnished, apart from the sit-stand (electric) desk and chair. These are for sale for £160. Bed, mattress, bedside drawers and shelves all included.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to South Wimbledon for the Northern Line and 12 minute walk to the main Wimbledon train station with mainline trains, district line and trams.

In Wimbledon, there are lots of restaurants and also a variety of shops such as Uniqlo, TkMaxx and H&M. There are plenty gyms such as Pure Gym, Fitness Space, Gym Group and Third Space. For grocery shopping, we have a big Sainsburys and Morrisons, an Aldi local and lots of smaller Tesco and Sainsburys. Colliers Wood is less than a 20 minute walk away which has a huge M&S, Sainsburys and large Aldi. There is also a David Lloyd and Gym Group Gym, as well as other shops.

You'll be living with Nicole and Ashley, both in their early 30s and wonderful flat mates. Nicole is from Ukraine and enjoys walks, good coffee and boxing classes. Ashley is from Canada, works in recruitment and enjoys music and travelling.

I've very much loved living in the flat and will miss it a lot! But relocating to a different part of London with my partner.
