Our flatmate is sadly moving out of our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in July, and we’re looking for someone to take over her room from 25th July onwards (earlier move-in date is possible).

You’ll be living with three girls aged 26–29. We’re all friendly, sociable, and love making the house feel like a home. The property has spacious shared living areas, a large kitchen with plenty of storage, and a generous outdoor space that’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the summer.

The room comes part-furnished.

The house is ideally located on Wimbledon Broadway, with supermarkets just a 1-minute walk away. Wimbledon Station is a 2-minute walk from the house, and South Wimbledon Station is approximately a 15-minute walk away.

Rent: £800 per month
Bills: Approximately £130 per month
