Wimbledon doubleroom in 3 bed girl flat ❤️

Our flatmate Sarah is sadly moving back to Aus 🇦🇺 and so are looking to find a new flatmate to share our lovely home with! 🏡

💰 Important stuff first… the rent is £864 and bills & council tax are £150 = £1,014 total p/m. Sarah is moving out the weekend 18/19th July, so the swap date would be Sunday 19th July.

✨ You would be sharing with me (30) and Issy (27) ☺️ I’m a solicitor 👩‍⚖️ and Issy is a sports nutritionist 🥗 We are both very chill, friendly, clean, tidy and considerate. We enjoy a good chat and tv show some evenings, but also are respectful of others space. I’ve lived here for over 3 years and Issy over 1 year. We’ve really made the flat our home, and decorated everything to make it a clean, relaxed and lovely space! 🩷 so we looking for someone who is considerate and happy to contribute to a harmonious living environment.

🛏️ A good sized double bedroom that looks out onto the back garden and has large windows with lots of natural light. The bed, mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers are all included - but these can be removed if you don’t want them! And as Sarah is moving back to Australia, she also has some other items she is looking to sell for about £100 if wanted: pillows and duvet, 2x sets of bed sheets and covers, throw blanket, pedestal fan, vanity mirror, bedside lamp, bedroom bin, laundry basket, desk organiser.

🏡 We have a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, good sized bathroom with waterfall shower bath, with a separate toilet, plus a bright and cosy living room with sofas, dining table, and tv! There is also access to the communal garden from the kitchen with locked bike storage. We live opposite a cute little park, so the road is quiet, with plenty of parking available. But the high street is only 5 minutes walk down the road with plenty of cafes, restaurants, gyms, and a shopping centre, with Wimbledon Hill and Wimbledon Common within walking distance too. The letting agency is very chill, building maintenance is great at fixing any problems, and there are gardeners that come to maintain the gardens.

‼️ Due to the size of the bedroom, there is not much room for a desk, so will not suit anyone who works from home frequently. No students because of the council tax, sorry! You would need a £750 deposit, the letting agent will need to do the standard reference checks, and fyi they don’t accept guarantors.

🚃 7 minute walk to Wimbledon Station which has the District Line or a 16 minute train to Waterloo via Earlsfield/Clapham/Vauxhall. 15 minutes walk to South Wimbledon which has the Northern Line to Tooting/Balham/Clapham.
