Double room, 5 min. from wimbledon station

Hi! We're Leya, Angela and Chesy – three professionals (Leya and Angela also finishing thir PhDs) in our early 30s looking for a lovely fourth housemate to join our home.
We're looking for a woman in her late 20s or early 30s who'll be a good fit for the house dynamic. We're all tidy, respectful and easy-going, and we've created a home where everyone gets along well. We enjoy spending time together from time to time, whether that's having BBQs in the garden, grabbing dinner, or hosting the occasional party (our annual Halloween party has become a bit of a tradition!). That said, we also value our own space and privacy, so there's never any pressure to socialise.
We're hoping to find someone who's friendly, considerate and looking for more than just a place to stay – someone who'd enjoy being part of a relaxed and welcoming home while also appreciating everyone's independence.

The room is fully furnished on the first floor and the location is central Wimbledon - 5 mins to the train station (national rail, tram and district line) and a 15 min walk to South Wimbledon station (northern line). It’s a lovely area and not too far from Wimbledon village and the common!

The room is available from the 22nd August and all bills are included in the rent price listed
