I'm subletting my bright, fully furnished bedroom from 1st August until 27th August in a friendly shared house in Wimbledon.

The house has a spacious living room, a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, and a light-filled bedroom with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

You'll be sharing with two lovely, respectful guys who are friendly but mostly keep to themselves, making it a relaxed and peaceful home.

The location is excellent:

- 10-minute walk to both Wimbledon Park Station (District line) and Haydons Road Station (Thameslink).
- 15-minute walk to Wimbledon Station, with South Western Railway services to Waterloo, the District line, and Tramlink.
- A night bus every 15 minutes stops 5 minutes' walk from the flat.
- A short walk to Wimbledon Park, with its cafés and green spaces
- Lidl, Waitrose and Home Bargains are all within a 10-minute walk.

The room is available for 1st–27th August.
