10 min walk from bus station
20 min to Wimbledon (approx.)

Housemates:
All female
There are 3 other women who live with me, so that will be 4 people in total.
All working professionals, but it's okay if you're a student.
Everyone is friendly and we chat sometimes when we meet at the house, but usually focus on our lives since it is a quiet and calm house.
We respect each others' privacy and also stick to the rules when it comes to cleaning the house or managing household.
But you can always talk with everyone when something comes up.
We have a group chat for any notices needed.

Room to let is at the 1st floor.

Availability:
1st September (preferred)
But I can move out earlier if wanted.

I would stay here if the circumstances didn't change, but I'm relocating since I got hired in a new workplace.
I'm sorry to leave my housemates and my beautiful neighborhood.
Would prefer someone who likes the place and will enjoy living here as I did.

No couples.
No boys allowed in the house.
But you can bring some girl friends time to time after talking to the other housemates.
