Double room available 5 mins from Wimbledon stn!

Hello! I am moving out of my beautiful double room in central Wimbledon as I am buying my own flat.

✨about the flat✨
- recently refurbished 3 bed ground floor flat in central Wimbledon (you can get to the station in 3 mins if you’re a fast walker!)
- big kitchen with breakfast bar, and separate living / dining room with a projector for cozy movie nights!
- good sized double bedroom with built in wardrobe, 2 massive windows and space for a desk, bookshelf, chest of drawers etc
- please note: the flat is technically unfurnished so we have furnished it fully. I will be taking my bed so you would need to acquire a bed (the other girls both have cars and would be more than happy to help pick you up a bed from Facebook market place etc!)
- spacious shared garden, shared with 2 other flats, although they hardly use it and we are ground floor so it feels mostly like ours
- newly refurbished bathroom

✨about the flatmates✨
- Grace (26) and Hannah (25) are both teachers in a school in Surrey
- they both love reading, travelling and nights out
- it is a social house, we love a chat around the house and going to the pub quiz together on Sundays, we’ll often organise a meal and /or a night out together
- personal space is respected and everyone has their own life outside of the flat too
- they are super intelligent, hilarious and kind girls and I will miss living with them so much!

✨about you ✨
- we are looking for a girl 22-35 who is sociable, clean, and respectful
- job / timetable doesn’t matter although since the girls are teachers and have tiring jobs it probably wouldn’t be ideal for someone doing night shifts and cooking / making loud noise at night on weekdays
