Beautiful bright double bedroom overlooking garden

I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom to for the foreseeable future; it’s a beautiful and bright room, fully furnished, with a double bed and very large built in wardrobe. It overlooks the garden, gets lots of sun, and is very peaceful and quiet!

We are a creative and queer-friendly household, and are looking for someone who is considerate and tidy, happy to take part in the cleaning of the common areas, and generally a lovely person to be around!

The house is tidy, clean, cosy and welcoming, a mid terrace with a huge large South-West facing garden.
You would be sharing the house with four lovely housemates (3 female, 1 male) who are all professionals. There is no shared living room, but a bright kitchen with appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, very large fridge/freezer) and a dining area, and one shared bathroom.

Bills are £100 a month included in the rent, so the rent including utility bills and broadband is £700 a month for this room.
It’s very well connected to public transport: bus connections, tram, trains, District Line and Northern Line are all nearby.
It is within walking distance to Wimbledon College of Art and a 20 minute walk to Wimbledon town centre. There are shops like CO-OP, TESCO Express and Sainsbury’s Local around the corner, and also some independent restaurants and coffee shops...
The deposit is one month’s rent (minus bills) and will be paid into a government protected scheme.
